There is a program change increase of 120 hours, due to agency discretion, as the collection of new Section V will capture the actual whole dollar amounts of State financial support for special education and related services for students with disabilities by State fiscal year. Additionally, the estimated burden hours and cost to prepare the State application were updated to reflect the hours associated with providing the actual whole dollar amounts of State financial support for special education and related services for students with disabilities by State fiscal year, and an adjustment to the estimated average hourly salary, respectively.
