Abstract: This project is designed to help understand the value of national service from the perspective of the national service participant. As such, the aim of this project is to gather information on a variety of outcomes relevant to ensuring that participants/volunteers have a positive service experience filled with opportunities for professional, educational, and personal growth. A survey of current participants and recent alumni will be conducted to gather quantitative data on the member and volunteer experience.
