Information collected will be used to evaluate corporate applicants felony conviction and tax delinquency status prior to entering into new 2012 contracts, grants, or loans. The information is needed to ensure fiscal year 2012 funds are not inappropriately disbursed.
For all of the U.S. Department of Agriculture agencies and staff offices to comply with Fiscal Year 2012 appropriations restrictions on the expenditure of funds to avoid Anti-Deficiency Act violations.
