Screener for Voting System Testing
Recruit:
A total of 250 individuals who are defined as follows:
All must be eligible to vote in the US.
250 individuals matching the following demographics:
Gender 55% female
45% male
Race – Black/African American – 10%
Non Hispanic White – 80%
Hispanic – 10%
Education
Some College – 20%
College Graduate – 50%
Post Grad degree – 30%
Age
25-34 – 30%
35-44 – 35%
45-54 – 35%
Disabilities
60 individuals from the above demographics
Participants will be asked to vote on a voting machine and fill out some forms which will take
about 15-20 minutes. However, individuals will be scheduled 6 per hour so that there may be
some wait time incurred.
Dates for testing are TBD.

individuals with and without disabilities to participate in a usability study for a voting machine. We would
like to ask you a few questions to see if you qualify and if you would like to participate. This will only take
a few minutes of your time and no one will attempt to sell you anything. This is strictly for research
