OSHA Collected as part of an OSP" and uploaded as an information
collection instrument for this information collection request. The
data elements contained in this approval are now sufficiently
uniform to render previous terms of clearance unecessary. OSHA is
no longer required to submit collections for individual
partnerships to OMB.

Employers who voluntarily participate
in OSHA Strategic Partnership Program for Worker Safety and Health
are required to monitor and to assess the impact of partnership. An
OSHA strategic partnership aims to have a measurable positive
impact on workplace safety and health that goes beyond what
historically has been achievable through traditional enforcement
method and focuses on individual work sites.

The agency is requesting an
adjustment decrease of 252,714 burden hours from 361,416 hours to
108,702 hours. This decrease is a result of a decrease in the
number of employers and participants.
