bid. Provide data on all bids submitted for each project.
The required columns in this spreadsheet are:

Project location,
Order/RFQ month,
Order/ RFQ year,
Delivery month,
Delivery year,
Number of towers,
Megawatts per tower,
Height of tower (meters),

Ocean freight and duties (dollars),
Inland transport costs (dollars),
Final delivered cost (dollars),
Number of towers awarded,
Services included in bid,
Reason(s) for winning/losing bid, including non-price factors.
