The information requested in this survey is needed to prepare a report on hops stocks on September 1. Under Title 7 of the U.S. Code and CIPSEA (Public Law 107-347), facts about your operation are kept confidential and used only for statistical purposes. Response is voluntary. However, your report is needed to make the estimates as accurate as possible, even if you do not have any stocks in storage. Please complete and return this report in the enclosed envelope which does not need a stamp. Thanks for your cooperation.
According to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, an agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to, a collection of information unless it displays a valid OMB control number. The valid OMB control number is 0535-0007. The time required to complete this information collection is estimated to average 10 minutes per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information.

Hop Stocks To Which You Hold Title As Of March 1, 2012
INSTRUCTIONS:
Item 1a:	Report as “STORED ON YOUR FARM” only domestic hops to which you actually hold title, and which are stored on your farm.
Item 1b:	Report as “WAREHOUSE STOCKS” all domestic hops which you own and have in warehouses. Include any hops which you have contracted to sell but to which you still retain title.
Item 1c:	Report as stocks “IN TRANSIT” all domestic hops being shipped to brewers or dealers to which you still retain title during period of transit.
