Abstract: A State Telecommunications Modernization Plan is a state plan that has been approved by RUS for improving the public switched telecommunications network of those telecommunications providers covered by the plan. If the information were not collected, RUS would not be in compliance with the Rural Electrification Loan Restructuring Act.
