needs to provide estimates of annualized cost to respondents for
the hour burdens for collections of information, identifying and
using appropriate wage rate categories. 2. The next iteration of
this ICR also needs to convey the recordkeeping burden in a manner
that does not suggest that recordkeeping is associated with an
additional response.

Grants to assist Hispanic-serving

neighborhood revitalization, housing and economic
development.
In the past, HUD awarded
approximately 15 grants pursuant to each annual Notice of Funding
Availability. However, this program has not been funded since FY
2010, therefore, the NOFA process was taken out and the request was
revised to reflect that change.
