The National Indian Gaming Commission
requires gaming tribes to engage a CPA to perform an Agreed Upon
Procedures Report to confirm compliance with the standards
contained in 25 CFR parts 542 and 543. The NIGC relies on the
report to identify gaming operations that are non-compliant with
rules and pose a risk to the integrity of the Indian gaming
industry.
