The National Indian Gaming Commission requires gaming tribes to engage a CPA to perform an Agreed Upon Procedures Report to confirm compliance with the standards contained in 25 CFR parts 542 and 543. The NIGC relies on the report to identify gaming operations that are non-compliant with rules and pose a risk to the integrity of the Indian gaming industry.
