Abstract: The National Indian Gaming Commission requires gaming tribes to engage a C.P.A. to perform an Agreed-Upon-Procedures Report to confirm compliance with the standards contained therein. NIGC relies on the report to identify gaming operations that are non-compliant with rules and pose a risk to the integrity of the industry.
