The number of responses and the
burden hours increased from 4,341 responses in 2009 to 4,711 in
2012, and 91,070 burden hours in 2009 to 93,746 in 2012. The
increase of number of responses and burden hours are due to the
three new reporting requirements, brand program operational
procedures, contracting guidelines, and the anti-fraud prevention
program.
