The collection of information will assist the Agency loan officers and approval officials in determining program eligibility and program monitoring.

Sales of guaranteed loans on the secondary market have decreased from 750 to 300, as only about 50 percent of the loans are sold on the secondary market, not 100 percent. Finally, the number of eligible lender applications has decreased from 35 to 25 annually.
