Abstract: The information collected through the application process will be used to assess the qualifications and abilities of applicants for ONC-ATCB status under the temporary certification program. ONC will utilize the contact information provided for an applicant's authorized representative to communicate and correspond with the applicant about the application. ONC will continue to utilize the authorized representative's contact information to communicate and correspond with the applicant if the applicant becomes an ONC-ATCB.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).

The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
