SUBJECT : Modification of Pamphlet for the Commodity and

Services Survey

The current OMB approval for the CPI Commodities and Services Survey expires on July 31, 2014. The informational pamphlets covered by this request are provided to respondents. It provides an overview of the CPI survey, the confidentiality and burden statements, and the OMB approval period. We are requesting approval to make minor edits to the informational pamphlet as of October 1, 2012 and to delete the OMB approval dates as shown in the attachment.

The modifications will not have any effect on respondent burden.
