Petition for Review Survey for Appellants
The Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) is interested in what you think about our Petition for Review (PFR) processes. As an appellant in this
process your opinion is valuable to us and your feedback will help us to improve our adjudication process and performance, so please take a few
minutes to complete this short survey. If you have had more than one PFR processed by MSPB, please try to think about your most recent PFR case
experience in which a PFR decision was issued when responding to this survey. Note that there is a comment section at the end of the survey. All
information you provide will be kept strictly confidential. No data will be reported that could be used to identify specific participants. Thank you in
advance for your participation in this important effort.

*Please enter the "invitation code" indicated on the letter or email you received that
