Petition for Review Survey for Appellant Representatives
The Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB or the Board) is interested in what you think about our Petition for Review (PFR) process. As an 
appellant representative in this process your opinion is valuable to us and your feedback will help us to improve our adjudicative performance, so 
please take a few minutes to complete this short survey. When completing this survey try to think about your most recent PFR case experience in 
which a PFR decision was issued. Note that there is a comment section at the end of the survey. All information you provide will be kept strictly 
confidential. No data will be reported that could be used to identify specific participants. Thank you in advance for your participation in this
