the fat cat high paid bureaucrats in washington dc will waste all these tax dollars and nothign will be changedin pregnancy. the efforts of these high paid fat cats accomplish very very little. it is time that they are downsized for their ineffectiveness. it is time that they are laid off. this is a stupid way to spend tax dollars. an absolutely stupid, wasteful, inept way. those fat cat bureaucrats sitting behind desks in washington dc are totally ineffective in this issue. this is nothing but more bludgeoning of american taxpayers to accmplish zero. this project shoudl be shut down. it is a complete inane waste of american tax dollars. stop bludgeoning taxpayers for these inane, wasteful projects.
