The OCC is issuing a final rule to
implement Section 165(i) of the Dodd-Frank Act, which requires
certain companies to conduct annual stress tests. The final rule
would require national banks and Federal savings associations with
total consolidated assets of more than $10 billion to conduct an
annual stress test as prescribed by the rule. This collection of
information covers the reporting, recordkeeping and disclosure
requirements associated with the rule.
