This request is being submitted to OMB to incorporate revisions to the Gas Transmission Annual Report to collect MAOP record verification, pressure test data, and ability to utilize in-line inspection devices. These amendendments resulted from the recently passed 2011 Pipeline Legislation that was signed on January 3, 2012. Gas Transmission Incident Report was also revised to collect additional information on girth welds.
