Short Statement: There is a program change decrease of 875 burden hours and 3,500 responses due to the removal of CCC-21 that was obsoleted. Due to the obsolete form, the number of responses decreased from 262,788 to 259,288,and the burdens hours decreased from 262,346 to 261,471.
