Abstract: Recipients of Federal Financial Assistance are prohibited from discriminating in the delivery of programs and services. The purpose of this collection is to monitor Federal Financial Assistance recipient compliance with Equal Opportunity laws. A typographical error was identified on the forms after OMB approval; this request corrects the issue.
