Prior to the
commencement of the Foreign Airline Operators' Revenues and
Expenses in the United States survey form distribution, the Bureau
of Economic Analysis shall provide on its Internet site prominent
links to a complete set of finalized survey forms, including
instructions and cover letters.

The BE-9, quarterly survey is used to
obtain data for preparation of the transportation accounts of the
U.S. International Transactions Accounts. Data are obtained from
foreign air carriers operating in the United States.
The change in the estimate of
burden, from 1,680 hours to 1,020 hours, is a decrease of 660
hours. This change results from an updated mailing list and because
prior burden estimates did not account for the smaller respondent
burden for other (non-mandatory) responses.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
