The purpose of this collection is to require a phytosanitary certificate from foreign countries to restrict the importation of certain plants and plant products into the United States and prevent the introduction of plant pests.
There is a program change increase of +10 respondents, +10 annual responses, and +10 burden hours since the last submission. These increases are due to the addition of the "Production Site Registration" where Potato Brown Rot is required to be grown which was erroneously omitted in the previous submissions. These additional 10 hours have been in violation since information was collected for this activity during the past 3 years.
