Abstract: The Forest Service is seeking a consistent collection of fees for use of government facilities and services. Information will be used to ensure that recreation visitors have paid a recreation fee if applicable, as well as aid in scheduling rental of government owned facilities.

Short Statement: The program change increase of 555,000 responses and 35,250 burden hours is attributed to two new forms (37,500 responses and 9,375 hours); remaining 517,500 responses and 25,875 burden hours to the merging of 0596-0019. The adjustment decrease is from fewer fee envelopes being used by the public.
