approved collection (1014-0010)
This submission requests a program change. As of August 22, 2012, a Direct Final Rule (1014-AA02) became effective October 22, 2012 (77 FR 5086). One collection of information associated with the rule (1014-0020, expiration August 31, 2015) consists of 3,897 burdens hours. BSEE is, therefore, consolidating the burden hours into the primary collection for 30 CFR 250, subpart Q, OMB Control Number 1014-0010 (expiration December 31, 2013). After OMB approves all the consolidations associated with this rulemaking, BSEE will discontinue 1014-0020.
