Abstract: TTB F 5120.29 Is used to determine the classification of wines for labeling and consumer protection. The form is used to describe the person filing, the type of product to be made, and the process by which the product is made. The form is also used to audit a product. NOTE: The title is being amended to remove "Bonded Wineries -Letterhead Applications and Notices," from this ICR, because it is not covered here; it is covered under 1513-0057.
