30-Day notice.

The Department of Homeland
Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and
Immigration Services (USCIS) will be
submitting the following information
collection request to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review and clearance in accordance
with the Paperwork Reduction Act of
1995. The information collection notice
was previously published in the Federal
Register on October 30, 2012 at 77 FR
65708, allowing for a 60-day public
comment period. USCIS did receive 3
comments in connection with the 60day notice.
DATES: The purpose of this notice is to
allow an additional 30 days for public
comments. Comments are encouraged
and will be accepted until February 25,
2013. This process is conducted in
accordance with 5 CFR 1320.10.

Collection

Petition to Remove the Conditions on
Residence.

households. This form is used by USCIS
to verify the petitioner’s status and
determine whether the conditional
resident is eligible to have his or her
status removed.

respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: 140,513 with an estimated
time burden per response of 3.333 hours
for the form I–751 and an estimated
time burden per response of 1.17 hours
for the biometric processing.
(6) An estimate of the total public
burden (in hours) associated with the
collection: 797,130 Hours. This is a
change from the total annual hour
burden reported in the last submission
published in the Federal Register at 77
FR 65708 on October 30, 2012.
