Abstract: The purpose of this submission is to request OMB approval to conduct an experimental study to help inform FDA decisions about how to implement section 904(d)(1) of the Food Drug & Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act or the Act) and to provide information about how consumers understand information about Harmful and Potentially Harmful Constituents (HPHCs) in tobacco products.
