The Commission is requesting OMB approval for an extension (no change in the reporting requirement) and has reduced the number of respondents because of a reduction of those respondents in 2009 and 2010. For 2013, we estimate that 13,310 will add, delete and change their information each year thereafter. Therefore, we have adjusted the burden to reflect more accurate estimates.
