2012 Arts Education Managers' Professional Development Institute Evaluation

Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts about the 2012 Professional
Development Institute (PDI). This information is being collected to evaluate the
effectiveness of the PDI. Your responses will be used by the NEA, NASAA and future
Arts Education Advisory Group members to inform the planning and design of
future professional development programs.
Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary. (But hearing from as many
individuals as possible will enrich the quality of our evaluation, so please do
participate if you can!) All responses will remain anonymous. The questionnaire
should take fifteen minutes or less to complete. Please complete your survey by
Wednesday, October 31, 2012. The OMB control number for this survey is OMB No.
3135-0130 (expires 4/25/2014).
