As you remember from our previous correspondence, we publish only summary totals, which do not
reveal the operations of any individual builder or owner. All information you provide is held in complete
confidence and can only be used for statistical purposes.

Thank you for your reply to us on the "Construction Project Report" (Form C-700,
C-700(F), C-700(R), or C-700(SL)). We are now returning this form to you to report the
value of construction put in place for the preceding month.
We will send a copy of this form to you each month containing all of the information
previously provided, including revisions, until the project is completed. The instructions for
completion and the definitions of terms are on the reverse side of the form.
Please keep your file copy up to date so that you will have a record of the entries you
have made on the original copy, which you return to us. If actual figures are not available
by 7 days after you receive this form, your best estimates are acceptable. If you wish to
correct any entry, please line out, do not erase, the previous entry and enter the revision.
Space is provided in the "Remarks" item for clarification, if necessary. Thank you.

A few months ago we sent you a "Construction Project Report" (Form C-700, C-700(F),
C-700(R), or C-700(SL)), requesting information about a construction project associated
with your organization. At that time, you informed us that construction work had not
yet started and indicated an expected start date. We are now returning the form to you to
ask if the project has started.
If it has started, please verify the project description and location, enter the start date,
total cost estimates of the project, and number of square feet in the project (if requested).
Also enter the value of work put in place each month since the start of construction.
Hereafter, we will ask you to report only a single figure each month for the construction
value put in place, until the project is completed. If the project still has not started, please
enter the expected start date.
Please return this form within 7 days, even if your project has not yet started. Thank you.
