Subject:	Bundled Generic Sub-Study Packages for 0925-0589-01 and -02


Website usability testing is the basis of these two sub-studies and is a main component of the full Generic submission put forward by Gordon Willis and re-approved by OMB in April, 2011 (OMB No. 0925-0589).  

The “Gen IC Forms” for these requests highlight the abstract for each and is included in this submission.  

The key to understanding the attachments and files in ICRAS/ROCIS is as listed below. 

Sub-study #1: 
Full title:  “Usability Testing of the ASA24 Respondent Website”
Short Title:  ASA24
Files and attachments are labeled “#1” and include:
    • Justification Memo and 1B (Consent) and 1D (Screenshots)
    • Attachment 1A (Screener) and 1C (Usability Testing Guide)


Sub-study #2: 
Full title:  “Evaluation of the Grid Enabled Measures (GEM) Database Website”
Short Title:  GEM
Files and attachments are labeled “#2” and include:
    • Justification Memo and 2A (Recruitment Letter) and 2B (Consent)
    • Attachment 2C (Survey) and 2D (Facilitator Guide)


Notes to OMB:  The affected public consists of both “Individuals,” “Federal, State and Local Government,” and the “Private Sector” for sub-study #2.  For the purposes of ICRAS/ROCIS, the affected public will be marked as “Individuals.”
