This discretionary grant falls under the Streamlined Clearance Process for Discretionary Grant Information Collection, 1894-0001. The Native American Career and Technical Education Program (NACTEP) is authorized under Section 116 of the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Improvement Act of 2006.
