Abstract: The Commission is submitting this non-substantive change request because when the Commission received OMB approval for the last revision one of the ten templates for which we sought OMB approval was missing from ROCIS. We are now including for the RHC Pilot Program template in ROCIS so that OMB has a complete record in their inventory.
