The Export Enhancement Program (EEP)
is no longer available. The legislative authority for EEP was
repealed under the 2008 Farm Bill. The Dairy Export Incentive
Program (DEIP) is still available but due to the state of the
global economy, participation has failed dramatically since 2009.
Since DEIP is still available the Commodity Credit Corporation
(CCC) requires the information described within this package for
the purpose of operating and maintaining the DEIP in a judicious
manner with CCC utilizing the information gathered from the
exporters to issue bonus payments.
