Abstract: This information collection is related to DFARS subpart 215, specifically the forward pricing rate proposal adequacy checklist proposed to be included as a table at DFARS 215.403. The proposal adequacy checklist is designed to help DoD contractors make their forward pricing rate agreements complete and thorough.
