Education will collect data through the National Student Loan Data
System from postsecondary schools, Federal Perkins Loan holders (or
their servicers)and Guaranty Agencies (GA) about Federal Perkins,
Federal Family Education, and William D. Ford Direct Student Loans
to be used to manage federal student loan programs, develop policy
and determine eligibility for programs under title I V of the
Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA).
