accident or incident resulting in personal injuries or damage to
property.
The total number of burden
hours requested for this revised collection of information is
4,434,206 hours. The total annual burden has decreased by 76,505
hours from the last approved submission. The decrease in burden is
due to one adjustment. The current inventory burden shows a total
of 4,510,711 hours, while this submission reflects a total burden
of 4,434,206 hours. Hence, there is a decrease of 76,505 hours.
There is no change in burden cost since the last submission.
