Abstract: This is to provide guarantees of loans made by private sellers of a farm on a and Contract sales basis. The information is also needed to implement the Emergency Loans(EM)-Equine Loss Loan Program authorized by the 2008 Farm Bill and effectively administer general programs for loan making and servicing.
