Revision Request for Exposure Investigations (EIs) [OMB NO:0923-0040].
Data management procedures have not changed since the previous approval and the instruments have not been through extensive revisions. Some minor non-substantive changes were made to the Attachment 2. Library of Chemical Exposure Questions; these changes to the OMB approved questionnaire were done to clarify, to ask for more specificity, or to divide one question into an additional question to better generate the information needed.
