Abstract: ATF F 8620.42 will be used to screen individuals having a need for escorted access to ATF facilities. ATF F 8620.62 will be used to screen individuals having a need for unescorted access to ATF facilities and information technology. Information on these forms will be used to conduct criminal record searches.

This addition is causing an increase to the number of respondents and burden hours.
