Non-Substantial Change for the Information Collection 3060-0920

The Commission is requesting a non-substantial change request from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) because the Commission removed some minor language from the Instructions for FCC Form 318.  Specifically, we seek to remove a reference to and discussion of a case, Montmorenci United Methodist Church, Letter, 22 FCC Rcd 11110 (MB 2007), from Section II C, under the heading “Exceptions.”  Removal of the language is justified and necessary because the Rulemaking did not seek comment on the case or the related rule, thus the case does not fall within the scope of our discussion in the Rulemaking. The original Form 318 was approved by OMB on April 12, 2013. The removal of the language is non-substantial and will not affect the information collection requirements, burden hours or cost for the collection. An updated FCC Form 318 is included with this non-substantial change request submission.
