Abstract: Educational Opportunity Centers grantees must submit the report annually. The report provides the U.S. Department of Education with information needed to evaluate a grantee's performance and compliance with program rquirements and to award prior experience points in accordance with the program regulations. The data collection is also aggregated to provide national information on project participantts and program outcomes.
