FAA aviation safety inspectors will review the Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certification Training Program (CTP) submittals to determine that the program complies with the applicable requirements of 14 CFR 61.156, and they will review institutions of higher education's applications for the authority to certify its graduates meet the minimum requirements of 14 CFR 61.160 in order to be eligible for a restricted privileges ATP certificate.
