Explanation of Non-Substantive Changes to OMB Control Number: 3060-1147:
Provide electronic form option for survey responses
Purpose of this Submission: This submission is being made for proposed non-substantive revisions to an existing information collection pursuant to 44 U.S.C. § 3507.
The purpose of this submission is to allow for respondents to use an electronic form to respond to survey questions. The electronic form will allow respondents to enter a checkbox answer to certain questions, in addition to enabling them to provide written narrative responses. This non-substantive change request should actually make this less burdensome on respondents.
