market opportunities for U.S. food and agricultural products and to
encourage research and innovation aimed at improving the efficiency
and performance of the marketing system.

The number of respondents has
been increased due to growing interest in the program. A
combination of changes accounted for an adjustment decrease of
-1,832 hours and a program change increase of 80 hours for a net
decrease of -1,732 hours. See separate AMS-Q:15 breakdown document
