Abstract: OVW developed a solicitation template so that OVW would ask for information from prospective applicants in a consistent manner no matter which grant program was the subject of an application and to ease the burden on applicants who are submitting applications to different grant programs. OVW would like to use this revised template for the its formula and discretionary grant programs.
