I have a special
request. The renewal of this information collection has been
submitted to the Federal Register for publication. I am trying to
get it published Friday June 30, but I would be unable to submit
due to the unavailability of ROCIS but it may not be published
until next Monday, July 1, 2013. The problem is that the
information collection associated with it expires this Sunday, June
30. I have out sick part or all of nine days in the past couple
weeks due to acute and chronic bronchitis, and it has returned this
week so I am out sick now. Would you be so kind as to give me an
extension on 3064-0070? Thank you for your consideration of this
request.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
