Abstract: The purpose of the NSIIC is to promote strategic development activities and collaborative efforts by private and State entities to maximize the impact of Federal assistance to strengthen and enhance production and marketing of sheep or goat products in the U.S. and to provide assistance to meet the needs of the sheep or goat industry for infrastructure development, business development, production, resource development and market and environmental research.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
